1 . Create your MSE profile

• Log on to  www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr
  • Click on “Register” (at the top right of the screen) to create your profile, which will be essential for all your
  • applications.
  • Fill in the form. You must have a valid e-mail address. The Frequently asked questions page can help you with this step.
  • Click on “Connection”.
  • Click on “Accommodation” in Crous halls of residency

2 .You have not been allocated accommodation: you can apply to be put on a waiting list.

Please note that registration does not guarantee that you will be allocated accommodation.

3 . Confirm your registration on the waiting list

• • Visit one of the Crous Normandie reception desks (in Caen, Le Havre, Rouen or Evreux)
    • Confirm your accommodation application
    • Present your visa, residence permit or certificate of enrolment for 2024/2025.
      >Note that you must have a bank account and an international telephone number (prefix +033) compatible with the reception of SMS messages from Crous Normandie.
